How did I lose WEIGHT


I know many people want to lose their weight fast....easy my friends, it took you years to build this belly, now u wants it out in one day?!

But I will tell u my perfect way, at least it worked with me, still working (knock on wood)

I was 102 KGs, now I’m 92 KGs (In 24 Days)


How?
1) Healthy food
2) GYM


What’s Healthy Food?

Well, let’s say what u should avoid. (Fats + Carbohydrates)


What Do You Eat?
I live on (Wheat slice bread + fat free cheese + fruits + vegetables + fish + water + sugar free juice)


How Many Hours You Work Out?

I go to GYM 2 hours a day for 6 days a week.  


Remember : 
1) Discipline over lust
2) McDonald’s & so are not your friends
3) Don’t weigh yourself a lot (Once every 2 weeks is good)
4) Don’t listen to people who tells you “ One bight won’t hurt “
5) Set for yourself a plan and a schedule to follow.
